We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our growing Care at Home team. In this vital support role, you will help ensure the smooth running of our office by providing efficient administrative assistance and handling a range of clerical tasks. This position requires excellent organisational skills, accuracy in data entry, and confident communication over the phone.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills for clear and professional communication.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is desirable.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
  • Knowledge of care in the community is an advantage (not essential as full training is provided).

Responsibilities
