  • 5+ years of work experience in a similar role in an international environment
Responsibilities
  • Manages the office space regarding maintenance, equipment, cleaning, repairs, etc., including supplier relations and tracking of relevant contracts
  • Monitors the inventory of supplies, cleaning materials and consumables and ensures the maintenance of safety stocks; analyzes average consumption and adjusts orders
  • Checks at least once a year the offers of services and materials necessary for the proper functioning of the offices in collaboration with the Constanta office
  • Communicates information of general interest to employees, is responsible for keeping the notice boards up to date and takes over employee requests that they communicate to management
  • Provides support in organizing company events
  • Sorts and records correspondence in the Entry-Exit Register
  • Manages courier services (postal / delivery services)
  • Takes and directs telephone calls and visitors, also providing protocol services (serving water, tea, coffee)
  • Inventorying and managing access cards, the Parkalot application and optimizing their use
  • Maintaining the visitor register
  • Provides support for checking invoices for payments
  • Provides support for registering new partners and updating their data
