Responsibilities
  • Welcome visitors and ensure a warm, organized front-office experience that reflects our brand values, including preparing meeting rooms as needed.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and general inquiries, directing them efficiently to the appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services, and support with basic administrative tasks such as filing.
  • Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring availability and proper maintenance of shared spaces and common areas.
  • Act as a point of contact for facility-related needs, following up on maintenance requests and coordinating with vendors when necessary.
  • Assist in onboarding processes and support internal events and activities to help ensure smooth daily office operations.
