Job Description Job Description We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our Cleveland team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are skilled in managing both administrative and clerical duties. As an Office Assistant at Chats Cloud Cover, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office while supporting both staff and management teams. Responsibilities Answer and route incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally Maintain office organization, including supply inventory and filing systems Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and organizing documents Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages Support accounting, HR, and other internal departments with administrative tasks Greet and assist visitors, clients, or vendors upon arrival Ensure office areas remain tidy and well-organized at all times Prepare reports, documents, and internal communications as needed Qualifications Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other common office software Strong attention to detail and time management Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately Additional Information Benefits Competitive salary: $50,000 – $54,000 annually Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Supportive and team-oriented work environment Paid time off and holidays Health, dental, and vision benefits available Ongoing training and development opportunities
