Responsibilities: Manage and organize daily office operations to ensure efficiency. Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails promptly and courteously. Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and placing orders as needed. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence as required. Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner. Qualifications Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus. Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software.
