Key Responsibilities Manage and organize office supplies and inventory to ensure adequate stock levels. Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars for staff. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail. Prepare and distribute memos, reports, and other office documents as needed. Assist in maintaining filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring documents are easily accessible. Provide support to other departments as required to facilitate smooth operations. Qualifications Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role. Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
