Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical. Order and manage inventory of office supplies to ensure availability. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed. Support staff with administrative tasks to help improve workflow efficiency. Qualifications Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus. Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email platforms. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
