A Rated is a growing company seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and eager to support daily operations in a fun, energetic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to office staff and management
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Create, update, and maintain documents, spreadsheets, and reports
  • Prepare and send clients their paperwork, invoices, and receipts
  • Assist with scheduling, filing, and data entry
  • Help with light marketing/graphic design tasks (if applicable)
  • Support other office needs as assigned

Qualifications

  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Graphic design knowledge (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) is a plus
  • Prior office or administrative experience preferred but not required
