David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit an Arabic speaking Office Assistant for their Gaming studios in Ras Al-Khaimah, UAE. Position: Office Assistant Location: Ras Al-Khaimah, UAE Employment type: Full-time Remuneration: Base salary DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform general administrative tasks to support smooth day-to-day operations. Monitor office supply levels, manage inventory, and coordinate orders when needed. Assist with planning and coordinating internal events, meetings, and activities. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, packages, and liaise with external vendors or service providers. Provide logistical support during employee onboarding, including workspace setup and access arrangements. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment in line with company standards. REQUIREMENTS: Native or fluent in Arabic (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication. As well as proficiency in English (B2). Previous experience in an administrative or office support role. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail. Proficiency in commonly used office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or equivalent tools). Effective verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable working independently and handling confidential information.
