Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and bilingual Office Assistant who is fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our daily office operations and assisting internal teams in a bilingual environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls and greet guests in both English and Chinese
  • Prepare and translate documents as needed
  • Assist with general office tasks such as filing, printing, copying, and scanning
  • Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors
  • Schedule meetings, book meeting rooms, and prepare relevant materials
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
  • Support team members with administrative tasks, data entry, and reports
  • Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) is required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Prior office or administrative experience is a plus
