Responsibilities Include: Assist HR Generalist with HR related responsibilities including data entry of Expirations, running Expiration reports, contacting employees to sign up for trainings and turn in required compliance documents, and communicating Expirations to leadership team via email on a weekly basis. Coordinate and ensure high quality Individual Specific Competency-based Training for all new hires. Develop system for mentoring and supporting for new hires during their first 6 months of employment. Coordinate ongoing efforts that support, develop, and encourage staff in ways that create positive workplace environments and improve staff retention and development. Monitor and coordinate staff compliance with Benchmark policies, expirations, required Paylocity trainings, and required annual trainings. Work in cooperation with Program Coordinators to identify address performance roadblocks for SLS, TLs and DSPs. Develop trainer level knowledge of Paylocity. Maintain medication administration certification, CPR 1st Aid and Mandt Systems Training. Share in teaching rotation for Day 3 Orientation. Handles confidential information with discretion. Report any suspected abuse, neglect or exploitation. Comply with all standards to assure the health and safety of all individuals. Report to work as scheduled. Other duties as assigned. General Qualifications: Reliable transportation. Valid auto insurance and driver’s license. High school diploma or GED. Experience in reception and/or office duties.
