Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Blanchardstown, Dublin 15
Salary: €30,000 - €33,000
Start date: ASAP
We are looking for an Office Assistantwho will handle day-to-day administrative tasks while also taking charge of our training requirements and social media channels. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for social media and digital marketing.
Assist with general administrative tasks, including answering phones, managing emails, and greeting visitors etc.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and or other documents as needed.
Plan, schedule, and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
Book and set up training venues, as needed, ensuring all necessary equipment is available and functional.
Maintain training records, including attendance, assessment results, and feedback
. Management of our Learning Management System (LMS)
Paper and electronic file management and archiving
Ensuring GDPR compliance across all centres.
Preparation & distribution of monthly colleague newsletter.
Preparation & distribution of colleague communications
Renewing memberships & subscriptions as required
Coordinating events and meetings as required
EA Duties on behalf of the CEO as required including diary management and travel arrangements
Other ad-hoc duties as required. Social Media Management
Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others
Create engaging content, including text, images, and videos, to promote our brand and services
Monitor and analyse social media performance using analytics tools to track KPIs and adjust strategies as needed.
Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns and objectives
Ensure content on company website is up to date. Other duties

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role
Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms
Familiarity with Canva
Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities
Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail
Accuracy & attention to detail is essentia
l Strong organisational, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
High level of attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills.
Fluent English speaker and permission to work full time in Ireland.
