We are recruiting for a full-time Office Assistant to provide general administrative support to the Firm and our teams. The successful candidate must be conscientious, organised and adaptable, with a willingness to learn. The role holder will become part of our Support team and will support the efficient operation of the office on a day to day basis.
Main duties will include:
· Assisting with the opening, closing and archiving of client files.
· Filing and photocopying as required.
· Franking post and ensuring it is delivered to the post office.
· Taking the banking to the bank daily.
· Reception work may also be required on a limited basis.
· Assist with event organising and marketing for the firm when required.
The role would suit someone with a positive and flexible approach to their work, with excellent communication skills. Good word processing skills and the ability to use Microsoft packages are desirable.
Working hours for the role are Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm and will be based at our Fakenham office. This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly, highly regarded and forward-thinking Firm who offer the opportunity for employees to learn, develop and progress. Full training will be provided.
