Schulich School of Music - Graduate Program’s Office
Position Summary:
Schulich School of Music Graduate Programs’ Office is seeking a 2 candidates for Student Grant Writing Assistant position. The candidates will provide assistance to current registered Music graduate students applying for funding. The candidates will review grant proposals and offer comments and feedback. This position is open to Schulich School of Music Doctoral students who are interested in developing their knowledge and skills in teaching and learning.
The position will start August 15, 2025 until May 1, 2026. The number of hours per week will fluctuate given the number of requests and time of the year. The total number of hours combined will not exceed 100 hours total over the year.
Primary Responsibilities
The Student Grant Writing Assistant will provide support for activities such as:

Applicants who are selected for an interview may be required to provide up to three references, a short writing sample, and a note from their supervisors or advisors indicating that they support the candidate undertaking this work. Preference given to Doctoral students in the Schulich School of Music.
