As an Office Assistant, you will play a vital role in the organization’s success by providing essential support to both the administrative team and management, ensuring operational goals are met efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
  • Valid driver’s licence
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Office Assistant will support day-to-day administrative functions. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Answering general phone and email inquiries
  • Performing general office and clerical duties
  • Data entry and reporting
  • Assisting with month-end processes
