We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our Providence team. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Maintains the reception area to promote a professional image for both internal and external clients. Greets and registers guests in a welcoming and professional manner. Ensures in office new hire workstations are set up for first day of employment. Maintains office supply inventories and purchases office supplies as needed in accordance with Firm purchasing policies and procedures; ensures adequate supplies are stocked throughout the office at all times. Ensures office copiers, scanners, facsimile machines, etc. have adequate paper and toner supplies at all times. Maintains coffee and other supplies in break and lunchrooms and keeps areas clean and orderly. Provides messenger services, such as lunch order pickups, delivery of mail and packages, etc. Provides general assistance for the in-office Administrative team and HR team as needed. Requirements High school diploma or GED required Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Positive, proactive, and team-oriented mindset Reliable, dependable, and committed to maintaining a consistent presence in the office Schedule/Work Environment: Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Dress code: Business casual Training: Full internal training provided Compensation & Benefits: Starting salary is $17.00 per hour CCK offers options for medical, dental, and vision insurance (including options for employer-paid medical insurance for the employee!) and other wellness benefits.
