We care and provide for a wide range of patients with a focus on serving the underserved. Position Duties Include: * Be the first point of contact for employees, clients, and visitors. Answer incoming calls to the office, greet visitors, and answer general questions from clients and staff. * Coordinate and perform initial/annual training. Work with new employees and help them get onboarded to the Circle of Life team! * Input data into EMR/HRIS systems timely and accurately. * Assist with the branch's weekly payroll.  Qualifications Qualified applicants will be comfortable training small groups of people while keeping them engaged. Applicants should have the ability to think quickly, problem solve, and comfortable making phone calls to other agencies, referral sources, and clinics.
