Connect Staffing Inc. is looking for aOffice Assistant for a Non-profit company in Fullerton, CA.
Schedule:Monday-Friday 8 AM- 4:30 PM

REQUIREMENTS OF A OFFICE ASSISTANT:

  • Must have a minimum of 6 months of experience as an Office Assistant.
  • Experience billing, invoicing, payment processing and updating account records.
  • Computer skills with fluency in QuickBooks Online and Google Suite.
  • Familiar with HR principles & Payroll.
  • Proven organizational, management & communication skills
  • Comfort with phone communication.
  • Prior experience in roles such as Office Clerk, HR assistant and Receptionist is a plus.
