Responsibilities
  • Provide front desk support, greeting visitors and managing multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all documentation.
  • Assist with filing and organizing office documents to maintain an efficient filing system.
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for team members.
  • Offer customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain computer literacy by utilizing Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for various administrative tasks.
  • Proofread documents to ensure clarity and correctness before distribution.
  • Provide clerical support including typing correspondence, reports, and other necessary documentation.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills to manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Assist with communications between the center and families (newsletters, reminders, and announcements).
  • Help coordinate and manage fundraising events and activities, including tracking donations and communicating with families and community partners.
  • Support teachers and staff with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Order and manage office supplies, classroom supplies, necessary food items/supplies and distribute appropriately.
  • Maintain enrollment packets and staff hiring packets.
