Description

Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of pantry/kitchen areas.Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and guests.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the office, pantry, and restrooms.
  • Handle mail distribution, document filing, and basic errands.
  • Monitor and restock office supplies.
  • Assist with meeting room setup and general staff support.
  • Deliver documents or packages when required.
  • Monitor and restock office supplies (stationery, beverages, cleaning materials, etc.).
  • Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and organizing documents as required by office staff.
  • Keep the office premises clean and tidy (desks, meeting rooms, pantry, etc.).
  • Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of pantry/kitchen areas.
  • Maintain proper hygiene, grooming, and polite behavior.
  • Follow company policies, maintain confidentiality, and show punctuality.
  • Prepare meeting rooms before and after use (arrange chairs, clean tables, serve refreshments, etc.).

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Good hygiene, discipline, and polite behavior.
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning and hospitality duties.
  • Able to handle physical tasks and office errands.
  • Nationality Preference: Sri Lankkan or Neppali candidates preferred.
