JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This position requires strong communication skills, proficiency in data entry, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The position also requires driving to and from Office location to Shop location. (roughly 45km)

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, in a busy office
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficient in using phone systems and various computer applications for data entry and record keeping. Must have years of experience working with Excel, Microsoft office programs.
  • Safety background is an asset - must have at least knowledge of safety aspects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating professionalism at all times.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail is essential to ensure accuracy in all tasks performed.
