Job Description What is the opportunity? As the Office Assistant (12-month contract), you will be responsible for performing comprehensive office administrative tasks and provide general support to ensure smooth daily operations. What will you do? Perform comprehensive office administrative tasks and provide general support to ensure smooth daily operations. Manage office supplies, maintain inventory levels, and ensure communal and mailroom areas are organized and tidy. Handle outdoor errands, including tasks related to banks, post offices, government departments, and assist with daily office deliveries. Undertake ad hoc assignments as required. What do you need to succeed? Must-have Secondary school or equivalent. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. At least 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably in a professional services firm or the financial industry. Proficiency in basic computer applications. Basic English reading. Excellent communication skills. Positive attitude, diligent, flexible, and a strong sense of responsibility. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
