As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dependable and organized Office Assistant to join our team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent organization and time management abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software (preferred)
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in a construction, trades, or service-based business is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to emails
  • Schedule jobs and coordinate with field crews
  • Prepare and send out estimates, invoices, and job documentation
  • Maintain accurate customer records and project files
  • Assist with ordering materials and tracking inventory
  • Perform basic bookkeeping and administrative tasks
  • Ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently
