Job Description

  • Manage the front desk, answer incoming calls, and route them appropriately.
  • Maintain the reception area by keeping it clean and presentable.
  • Greet and welcome clients as they arrive at the office, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as handling mail, filing, and organizing documents.
  • Make outbound calls to schedule meetings for the sales team and maintain an organized calendar.
  • Coordinate office supplies and ensure the availability of necessary materials.
  • Handle inquiries from clients and direct them to the appropriate departments.
  • Support event planning and internal meetings by managing bookings and logistics.

SKILLS

  • 2 years of experience as office assistant
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially for MS Word and MS Excel
  • Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
