Landscaping by J. Michael is looking for an Office Assistant generalist to join our team in our Marshfield office. The ideal candidate is a high-energy individual with excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal communications. Saturdays are required during the busy season. Responsibilities: Manage front desk area Coordinate scheduling for Sales and Operations Departments Assist Marketing Department with seasonal campaigns including updating social media Provide administrative support to Managers as needed Assist in the recruiting and on boarding of new hires Technical assistance for other staff & crew members Qualifications: • 1-2 years experience as an office assistant or receptionist preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially MS Word, Adobe, Excel), Jira, Teams & CRM required • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Positive, high-energy attitude and pro active • Resourcefulness, creativity, and problem-solving skill set • Familiarity with office equipment (i.e. printers, copiers, scanners) • Bilingual Spanish and/or Portuguese a plus
