Description:

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our Business Support team.
Our Global Private Market Solutions Private Equity business manages AUM of more than $11bn in primary (fund commitments), secondaries and co-investments across multiple jurisdictions and within a broad range of blind pool funds and segregated accounts.
The business has an exciting future following its recent acquisition by Patria Investments, one of the leaders in alternative asset management in Latin America with over 30 years’ experience in Private Equity, infrastructure, Real Estate and Credit. Patria is, essentially, a long-lasting and resilient entrepreneurial partnership, that continually assesses the environment and identifies trends. We quickly adapt our investments and product offering to capture investment opportunities derived from such analysis, delivering consistent results to our clients and creating long-lasting impact for all our stakeholders. We are home to professionals who carry this entrepreneurial spirit as a live and dynamic partnership, where new members are welcome, and we evolve with their expertise and cultural characteristics. We know how to transform ideas into real business opportunities and are engaged in the development and perpetuation of the partnership.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Must have experience of working in a busy office environment, this could be in similar business management, PA or receptionist role
  • Financial services experience is preferable but not essential
  • Strong work ethic – proactive, positive and used to working ‘against the clock’
  • Communication skills – able to communicate clearly and effectively with key stakeholders inside and outside of the organisation.
  • Highly organised - able to prioritise and escalate effectively
  • Teamwork – able to work effectively as a member of the PA and Business Support team to ensure seamless cover and support for key stakeholders.
