This is a varied, hands-on position combining office admin with physical, practical tasks. You’ll be just as comfortable at a desk as you are on your feet, helping with deliveries, stock, and displays. It’s ideal for someone organised, energetic, and ready to get involved in all aspects of the business.
KEY QUALITIES & EXPERIENCE:
· Physically capable and happy to take on active, hands-on tasks
· Organised and able to manage multiple priorities, with attention to detail
· Friendly, clear and accurate communicator (written and verbal)
· Good with numbers
· Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
· Comfortable with file management and office systems
· Bonus: experience in retail, food & drink, finance, or graphic design tools
· General office admin: emails, phone enquiries, record-keeping
· Financial admin: invoice processing, reconciling paperwork, basic bookkeeping
· Stock handling: receiving deliveries, checking and barcoding items, updating records
· Creating signage: price labels, and in-store materials
· Supporting seasonal displays and stock-taking
· Monitoring and ordering office supplies
