JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Office Assistant to support our team with daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive and eager to contribute to a positive and efficient workplace.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role preferred
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must (Excel, Outlook, Word)
· Strong attention to detail
· Strong organizational, time management and multitasking skills
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
· Friendly and professional demeanor
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus
· Answer and direct phone calls, emails and inquiries professionally
· Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
· Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos and reports
· Maintain organized filing systems (digital and paper-based)
· Support staff with clerical tasks, such as data entry and document preparation
· Assist with special projects as needed
· Assist with payroll, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping tasks
· Support onboarding process for new employees
· Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
