Responsibilities
  • Assist the Office Administrator with corporate travel arrangements and event planning.
  • Maintain an organised filing system and manage document archiving.
  • Update contact lists on the company database for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support HR matters, onboarding processes, and personnel files using HR system.
  • Handle purchase orders for office supplies, equipment, and furniture.
  • Provide reception support during busy periods.
  • Manage diaries, scheduling both in-person and virtual meetings.
  • Facilitate the collection of documents from the local notary office.
  • Offer assistance to the Assistant Company Secretary and Office Administrator as needed.
