Description Job Title: Office Assistant – HR Generalist Location: Custom Agri Systems, Fargo Job Type: Full-Time Reports To: HR Director/ Northwestern Division Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Generalist to support our Human Resource Functions. The ideal candidate will assist in daily administrative human resource tasks, maintain organized records, ensure compliance with company policies, and communicate regularly with employees to answer HR related questions and provide resources as needed. This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and strong interpersonal and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: HR Support: Assist with onboarding new hires, including document collection and orientation scheduling. Maintain and update employee records, both physical and digital. Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, leaves, etc.). Help coordinate employee training sessions and maintain training logs. Provide general administrative support to the HR team. Attend Job Fairs, build relationships with community vocational schools, etc. Other duties: · Serve as a backup for other administrative duties which could include time keeping, answering phones, greeting customers. Requirements Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or administrative certification preferred. Previous administrative or office support experience; experience in HR is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, etc) Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Working Conditions: Monday-Friday 8:00a-5:00p overtime as required. Some flexibility in schedule may be needed to accommodate training or events. Typical office environment. Why Join Us?
