Rentokil Initial - Human Resource Administrative Assistant (Contract) Rentokil Initial Trinidad Limited is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant for the Human Resource Department on a contract basis to support our HR operations. The Human Resource Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to the HR team, enhancing our processes, and contributing to a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities: Digitalize and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality Support the HR department with daily administrative tasks Organizing and maintaining physical and digital employee records Filing sensitive HR documents (contracts, performance reviews, benefits info) Retrieving requested files for HR management and legal audits Sorting and distributing incoming HR mail and internal correspondence Scanning, indexing, and archiving historical records Ensuring strict confidentiality and security of all personnel files Processing paperwork for new hires, transfers, and terminations Assisting with the preparation of documents for orientations or meetings Assist with HR projects as needed To qualify for the Human Resource Administrative Assistant (Contract) role, you should meet the following requirements: At least five (5) CXC passes, inclusive of Mathematics and English Certificate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred but not required. 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within an HR environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). High level of confidentiality and understanding of HR compliance.
