Location: Quarry Bay What this job involves: To support deliver high quality, prompt and courteous Facility Management services in support of Client's business needs in a safe working environment: Handle mail, courier, and bank-related errands Assist with conference room setup, meeting refreshments, and visitor escort Manage supplies for pantry, stationery, and equipment rooms Support office maintenance, equipment reporting and vehicle inspections Run errands for staff meals, purchases, and key cutting Assist with license/visa applications Provide back-up support to tea ladies when needed Support ad hoc projects or task as assigned Sound like you?
