Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

As an Office Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing top-notch support to our team and clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS:

  • Managing catering requests and meeting room setups.
  • Submitting file closure requests to the accounts team.
  • Supporting other administrative and operational tasks as required.
