EXPERIENCE

  • Strong front desk skills, including proficiency in managing phone systems and multitasking in a busy environment.

Responsibilities
  • Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out processes.
  • Manage phone systems to handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and address patient inquiries.
  • Maintain electronic medical records (EMR) accurately using systems such as Epic or Dentrix.
  • Ensure the office environment is welcoming and organized, including managing office supplies and equipment.
  • Assist with billing and insurance verification processes as needed.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to facilitate patient care and communication.
  • Uphold confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations at all times.
