We’re looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our vibrant Miami team! In this role, you’ll be the heart of our office, ensuring everything runs smoothly and creating a welcoming environment where our team can thrive. As our Office Assistant, you’ll own it—optimizing office functionality and providing the support our team needs to reach new productivity levels. With your customer-focused mindset, you’ll ensure that everyone who walks through our doors, from employees to visitors, experiences top-quality service.
You’ll work to level up our office and collaborate with our Copenhagen HQ to bring our culture and values to life in Miami. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining a lively and engaging work environment where creativity and collaboration flourish.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

  • Ensure a well-functioning and inviting office
  • Manage daily ordering, setup, and clean-up of lunch for the office
  • Assisting the office in day-to-day operations, including restocking beverages and ordering snacks
  • Assist with People and Culture tasks, such as onboarding of new joiners, and company breakfasts
  • Coordinating social events, holiday gatherings, Friday bars, and intramural sports
  • Coordinate with external vendors on operational activities such as catering, cleaning, IT, and building management
  • Ensure that the daily meeting rooms are set up
  • Greet visitors and be the first point of contact
  • Be the first point of contact with vendor invoicing
  • Ad hoc tasks include watering the plants every Monday, keeping the office nice and tidy, to the not-so-glamorous tasks of taking out the trash and filling the dishwasher
