This role is essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day office functions and providing administrative support to different departments.

✅ Requirements:

  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Admin Assistant, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Canva, PDF).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication skills in English .
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Driving license

Responsibilities
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and scanning documents.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
  • Assist in preparing quotation, reports, presentations, and office documentation.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors when required.
  • Support Accounts team with basic administrative tasks.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Ensure the office environment is well-organized and presentable.
  • Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and external parties as needed.
  • Carry out outdoor tasks such as visiting banks, government departments, or clients.
