This role is a mix of customer service, office operations, and payment processing. If you’re organized, punctual, and can handle a busy environment—you’ll do well here. Schedule Monday–Friday No nights or weekends Part-time → Full-time opportunity What You’ll Do Answer a high volume of calls and assist customers Update jobs, notes, and schedules for technicians Enter customer data accurately Scan, file, and organize paperwork Process customer payments Reconcile payments and maintain accurate payment records (customers + office bills) Help keep the office organized and running efficiently What We’re Looking For Very detail-oriented (this is critical for handling payments) Punctual and reliable Comfortable on the phone (calls will be frequent) Able to multitask in a fast-paced office Intermediate computer skills required (must be comfortable learning new systems quickly without constant help) Comfortable handling financial records with accuracy Office or bookkeeping experience is a plus Requirements Non-smoker Drug testing required Alcohol-free workplace Opportunity This is a ground-floor role with real growth potential for the right person.
