We’re looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to keep our office running smoothly and efficiently. If you’re detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoy helping things run like clockwork, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities
  • Keep our office organized — manage filing, record keeping, general correspondence, and help maintain a tidy work environment, including disposing of trash once a week.
  • Be the first point of contact for phone calls and emails, directing inquiries to the right people.
  • Make sure supplies are stocked, equipment is in good shape, and vendors are looked after.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
  • Provide basic customer support by answering general inquiries and assisting with simple requests.
  • Assist the sales team with administrative support, such as preparing sales materials, coordinating meetings, and following up with clients as needed.
  • Help with basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including tracking invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements.
  • Support other departments as needed with various tasks and ad hoc projects.
  • Jump in to assist with other administrative and business support tasks as they come up.
