Description:
Novanos Para Pharmaceuticals is seeking an organized and proactive Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in an office-based role in the UAE, with strong organizational skills and the ability to support daily operations efficiently.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2 years of office assistant or administrative experience in the UAE.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent time-management skills and ability to multitask.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
- Knowledge of office management procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- Assist in organizing meetings, events, and appointments for the team.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
- Maintain and update office records and files.
- Assist with scheduling and calendar management for senior staff.
- Prepare and process documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Support the HR and finance teams with basic office tasks.
- Ensure the office environment is organized, clean, and functional.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
