Novanos Para Pharmaceuticals is seeking an organized and proactive Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in an office-based role in the UAE, with strong organizational skills and the ability to support daily operations efficiently.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 2 years of office assistant or administrative experience in the UAE.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent time-management skills and ability to multitask.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
  • Knowledge of office management procedures.
