  • Manage and replenish office supplies and pantry items as needed.
  • Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents both physically and electronically.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Support administrative staff with data entry and basic document preparation using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Operate standard office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of office equipment and report any malfunctions.
