Office Assistant/Office Boy/Office Girl
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in our office. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area, conference rooms, and common areas.
  • Handle basic administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders when necessary.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices and managing petty cash.
  • Collaborate with the administrative team to coordinate and support various office activities and events.
  • Assist in coordinating office maintenance and repairs, liaising with external service providers as needed.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring strict confidentiality of sensitive information.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using computer applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing work demands.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • office aide: 1 year (Preferred)
