We are now looking for an Office Assistant to join our team on a fixed-term contract (maternity cover), supporting us in maintaining a friendly, well‑organized and efficient office environment. Job Description As an Office Assistant at PTR Live Technologies, you will play an essential role in ensuring smooth daily office operations and supporting our team. You will manage reception duties, coordinate communication and administrative tasks, and contribute to creating a pleasant, organized, and efficient work environment. This role involves interaction with employees, visitors, suppliers, and company partners, requiring a friendly attitude and strong organizational skills. Responsibilities Welcome visitors and ensure a professional reception experience; Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, packages and documents; Coordinate meeting rooms: setup, cleanliness and availability; Coordinate TAS requests for employees traveling on business; Maintain office supplies and place orders when needed, under the supervision of the Procurement Manager; Assist with internal and external communication and basic document preparation; Keep administrative records organized and updated; Collaborate with suppliers and service providers; Support internal events, meetings, and team activities (including setup and materials); Assist the Office Manager, HR, and company leadership with various administrative tasks; Collecting employees’ documents for reimbursements (transportation, glasses, uniforms) and submitting them to the Finance Department, in accordance with the established internal procedure. Qualifications Education High school diploma required Bachelor’s degree or ongoing university studies are considered a plus Skills & Experience Previous experience in an office, administrative, or reception role is a plus; Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; Good communication skills and a professional, friendly attitude; Attention to detail and ability to work responsibly and independently; Good command of English (written and spoken); Proficiency with MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel); Comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment.
