We are always planning for the future, and are constantly looking for talented people to join our team. Job Description We are seeking an office assistant to with a passion for coffee. This position will help support our four cafe locations, along with wholesale customer support and online and phone orders. The ideal candidate will assist with taking orders, invoicing, creating shipping labels, communicating customer needs, and inventory as well as other tasks that come along. Qualifications At least 2-3 years of previous office/clerical experience required Experience with Microsoft Word/Excel and Quickbooks required; understanding or experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator a plus Must be able to engage with clients both over the phone and in person Prompt self-starter at The Hill location from 9-5 +/- Monday through Friday Great interpersonal phone skills Self-starter that is able to work in an office setting as well as be available for any tasks that come their way Be able to work in both a team environment as well as independently Coffee enthusiast is highly preferred and barista experience a PLUS but not required Occasionally help with special events after hours or on weekends Additional Information We offer a dynamic, fun, growing company environment and we look forward to receiving your application!
