QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in an administrative, office support, or customer service role preferred.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including data entry, document management, and scheduling.
  • Oversee Stripe management, handling credit card disputes and transaction failures.
  • Assist with Apartment Association management, including maintaining schedules, ordering supplies, and occasionally attending industry events.
  • Manage vendor relationships, coordinating the procurement of materials and marketing items for sales representatives and clients.
  • Handle account management for existing clients, including email correspondence, revenue delivery, and issue resolution.
  • Support the team with general office tasks and participate in special projects as needed.
