This is an in office position. Our corporate office is located in Leawood, KS. Requirements Administrative Support Answer phones, direct calls, and take messages Greet and assist visitors or clients Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel Maintain office calendars and contact lists Prepare correspondence, memos, and reports Office Operations Order and manage office supplies and inventory Costco runs Keep the office organized and clean (files, common areas, supplies) Handle mail, packages, and deliveries Support onboarding for new employees (I.T. setup) Data & Record Management Maintain electronic and paper filing systems Update databases, spreadsheets, and company records Assist with document preparation and proofreading Financial & Reporting Support Process invoices, receipts, Communication & Coordination Support event planning and team meetings Maintain a professional and welcoming office atmosphere NRM-SJ
