Key Responsibilities * Acting as the first point of contact, greeting visitors, and managing office badge security * Assist executives with administrative tasks in the office, as needed * Arranging for meetings by reserving rooms and securing refreshments * Maintaining office equipment for smooth office functionality * Receiving clients when they arrive and showing them the respective offices * Conducting research and compiling data upon request – booking hotels, rides to office from airports, etc. * Opening, sorting and distributing mail * Managing office supplies including refreshments, stocking, ordering supplies, and ensuring communal areas are tidy Who we are looking for:  The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. Excellent verbal communication abilities are essential for interacting with colleagues, visitors, and external partners.
