The Office Assistant position provides administrative and clerical support by preparing documents and reports, organizing files, managing existing documents according to established policies and procedures in an efficient, timely and accurate manner.

Essential Functions:

  • Answer phone inquiries, direct calls, and provide basic company information
  • Greet visitors, ascertains nature of business, and directs appropriately
  • File and retrieve company documents, record and reports
  • Operates office equipment (printers, copy machines, fax machines)
  • Manage and maintain files, records and correspondence for meetings
  • Responsible for the update and maintenance of various reports
  • Complies, maintains and enters new data into databases
  • Oversee mail deliveries, packages, and couriers
  • Assist in planning company events, meetings, and special projects
  • Accurately complete all required paperwork in a timely manner
  • Communicate with other departments as necessary
  • Keep work areas clean and organized
  • Adhere to all company rules and policies
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by supervisor
