Providence Real Estate, a premier firm located in Wilmette, IL, is seeking a dedicated part-time Office Assistant to support our executives and ensure the seamless operation of our corporate office. This role offers a competitive pay rate of $25 per hour and provides flexible working hours, making it an ideal opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our esteemed administrative team.

Responsibilities:

This position is part-time with a flexible schedule, working 4 hours a day, typically between 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday, totaling approximately 20 hours per week. This structure allows for a balance between work responsibilities and personal commitments.
As a part-time Office Assistant, you will start your day by greeting visitors and managing incoming phone calls, ensuring all interactions uphold our standard of exceptional service. You will be responsible for the distribution of incoming mail and electronic communications, providing crucial support to our executives. Daily tasks will include filing, typing, copying, and scanning documents, as well as preparing information and conducting research as needed. You will maintain both hard and digital copies of files and records in an organized manner. Additionally, you will coordinate with field offices to facilitate smooth communication and support.
