Description

Office Assistant required to work in busy office.
Answering the phone, dealing with emails, using Sage, word and excel.
Placing orders by email or phone, matching up delivery notes with purchase orders.
Checking purchase invoice and entering on sage and adjusting stock levels on sage.
Reconciling remittances with supplier statements each month ready to make monthly payments.
Meeting & greeting customers in our showroom (showing the customers around, offering them brochures) and learning our products - a knowledge of UPVC windows / doors would be an advantage.
Also doing any general office duties like scanning
Hours are 8.30-5.00 Monday - Friday
Wage negotiable on experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £28,000.00 per year
