JOB DESCRIPTION

PWL Partnership Landscape Architects Inc. is searching for an Office Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This position oversees general administrative support duties in-office as a key member of the administration/accounting team.

The Office Assistant supports finance and project accounting tasks such as:

  • Manage accounting email inbox
  • Generating expense reports
  • Coordinate scheduling worksheets
  • Assist with planning company meetings and events
  • Archiving projects and documentation
  • Assist Leadership with calendar management
  • Maintain the office as a whole
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Making bank deposits
  • Primary contact for deliveries and visitors

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

  • Must have 2+ years of experience in an office environment
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel required)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and within a team setting
